Yep! It is illegal. And I can't buy liquor over the internet from a state without tax to be delivered to me here in PA...and I'm not supposed to drive to New Jersey or Delaware to buy it either. (Sometimes police hide right across the state line to catch people as they come back...I guess those are slow days otherwise, or they need the cash flow from the fines.) We have lots of odd rules. Each state is a little separate fiefdom. It's pretty silly, but the fines aren't!
