Certainly the practice of circumcision removes nerve endings which change the feelings and sensations a man has in that region. I believe, in a religious sense, circumsions is a mark of the promise Abraham's covenant with God. Common in Muslim countries, Israel and the USA, an uhnoly axis of evil if you ask me! snip, snip, ouch
