To get à Hold Alt and type 133.
To get è Hold Alt and type 138.
To get ì Hold Alt and type 141.
To get ò Hold Alt and type 149.
To get ù Hold Alt and type 151.

You must type the number with the little number keyboard on the right.

Hence Breafai(fada) becomes Breafaì
