One often hears the police complaining about the amount of paperwork they have to do but surely more effective use of computers would do away with much of this.
Also surely some kind of clearks could be brought in to deal with paperwork. The reason given against this is that the Cops have to take an oath of confidentiality or something but surely they could make the clearks take it too
