Can anyone tell me, in simple unbiased English, what the Nice Treaty is all about?
Some say it will help create jobs in the future, others say it will affect jobs?
Some say it will affect our neutrality, others say it won't?
Some say it will weaken our position in Europe, others say it will strenghten it?
