I have great neighbours in Castlebar, and the great majority of people I meet are helpful and friendly. Unfortunately there are a few who do not fall into this category, and even some of the best give that 'ah sure you wouldn't understand the way we do things here' expression if my cares about environmental matters or even my interest in natural history come up, so I usually shut up.
