I remember a rumour/story that there used to be a tunnel from the Bacon Factory(which used to be Lucans farmyard I think),or the Convent up to Davit House.Where the new all weather pitch is now,used to be known as Clarkes field and there used to be a little mound beside the fairy fort.There used to be storys,how true I don't know that there was some kind of tunnel there.Anyone heard of it?
