The €10 'departure fee' is an airport development tax that is also payable at Kerry and Cork Airports. It was brought in to ease the impact of the abolishment of duty free shopping at the countrys smaller airports. P.S. Knock is profitable, as I said in my previous reply, Frankie knows f.a.
