I don't dispute your figures but in the end if the state made 14.5 milions in so many years, was it really good value for money? I think it was a poor return on investment, when one considers how much the lawyers got. I don't begrudge the lawyers their money, I blame the system that allows it to happen and it is the way that the tribunals are constitutes that's wrong. Do you think the Moriarty tribunal will make a "profit", cause I don't. I still say its a waste of time, money and all other resources. Let the CAB follow the culprits if there is evidence against them and ket the errant ones face prosecution in the normal way.
