Thank you, I think. It sounds like a compliment, to call me a writer. You must remember I am just a foolish old retired construstion worker cousin, of some (1500?) of you. I spell very badly.

When I said not to follow Mr. Market, I ment Mr. Stock Market. I have ordered a new book on Warren Buffett, from the libery. He is very smart, but into donating to ob. I say no more about that.

I talked to my doc and he said not to worry, but go back to working out. I will freeze up, if I don't, he claims. I was afraid of a blood clot.?

Ladies this is one good exercise for the legs. Stand on one leg and put the other behind your knee. Hold on to something solid. Put the ball of your foot (part behind the toes) on a 2x4, I use a 2x10. Then raise up as far as you can. Then lower yourselve all the way down, slowly.I held 12 lbs in my other hand. I was doing 13 reps. You will notice the calfs of your legs. Don't over do it. Then do the other foot. Wait 3 days before you do it again. The muscles will be rebuilding for 5 days. Mayo will have the best looking legs in Ireland. I will do this exercise with no weights, tonight. I suggest you start with no weights, add some later. Check bodyforlife.com
