Also you need the farmers. The farmers need to help their own. Look at it this way. I dreamed of a farm here in the USA. To buy a farm right here in Harvard,Il. you have to pay $10,000 an acer. That times 100 is $1,000,000. Farming equipment is about $300,000. I could go to wisconsin, but I would have to give 30 to 50 % of my pension to the state. It would be smarter to burn some money in the parking lot. I know a electrican that has bought a farm in Wis. He don't knnow what to do. You can but a farm and house for about $100,000, you can't find a job and if you do it pays less. Mike's teacher in ag has move up there with her husband and he is using 50 years old tractors. You can buy junk equipment for about $10,000, but you will have to be fixing it all the time. Now, if you have $1,000,000 to invest, any banker can get you 10% and that is $100,000 a year to live on. What a way to live. You better be good to your farmers and take care of them. You need them and I understand the idea of control, you need that too. Good luck cya
