Microsoft don't send patches or anything useful by e-mail, so a decent spam blocker could work fine for this problem, as Mike said.

I would also check if you have MS Blaster or one of its versions, in theory these all stopped work in September, but I have found several copies active again on machines in our network, they probably got in before we updated our firewall, and something has triggered them again. Look in the 'processes' part of task manager for processes called msblaster and/or teekids. If you find either, end the process (careful !!!) and download the MS blaster (even if you don't see suspect processes) removal tool from the Microsoft web-site, it is not huge, and is easy to install and use.
One of the many things MSBlaster does is send your address out to spamers and virus propagators, so maybe that is why you keep getting those things. I have a couple of personal e-mail addresses, and have never got any in them, but we are plagued with them on our corporate network.
