Benchmarking my eye. I applied for a replacement drivers license from the motor Tax Office last week. I rang today to see if they had processed it as I need it urgently for a trip abroad. I was told that it would be a further two weeks.
How can a simple thing like replacing a drivers license take so damn long. They already have my information on file and its just a matter of printing it and sticking my mugshot on it.

You know I couldn't even be bothered to question why it was taking so long as I know that that would change nothing and that they wouldn't even give a damn.
Privatise the public service.
