Frank has named the council officials that he alleges are corrupt. He names them every night at the council meetings. The media cannot print for fear of libel actions.
It is worth while going to a minthly meeting and seeing what goes on.
All the alledged corrupt official are named
He will even repeat his allegations night after night because somehow(??) the names don't get written into the minutes.
