Now if I were an auctioneer I would delete it. It would reduce the number of transactions that I would deal with in the year.

If I happened to be a landowner outside of towns and villages - guess what? I would just draw that delete pen right through this kind of crap!! It wouldn't be fair because the only landowners that would benefit would be those around towns and villages. My land is on the ribbon and I want to make sure that my farmland's value increases. This kind of crap actually reduces the value of my farmland. If I can't sell it for houses what the feck use is to man or beast? You don't seriously expect us to make a living from farming now do you?

If I were a councillor who happened to be a 'builder/developer' call it what you will, I bloody well would delete it too because putting it crudely it would affect my livelihood. And I didn't become an ELECTED COUNTY COUNCILLOR to allow this kind of crap.
