I was convinced it was somewhere west of Castlebar but could find nothing to support it other than a gut instinct. Was there three years ago but in the wrong Ballyglass. Now for the tough one. My children's family, dating back to at least 1866, lived on a small, small farm in Ballyglass until 1940 or so. I saw it about 20 years ago and it was in total disrepair. At that time it was owned by a Mr Paddy Neary (sp) who also owned the larger farm next to it. I am told that Mr Neary passed away a few years ago. We will be in Ireland this June and would like for my kids to see where their roots lie. Any idea what road it would be on? Told you this might be a tough one.
