Dylan - this is simple too just get hold of the Ordnance Survey Discovery Series map for this area when you come over - available in any good newsagent for a few euro or buy it in the airport - I think it's number 30 or 31 you want and follow the above instructions and you will find the roads easily from Westport or Castlebar. The areas you refer to are what are called "townlands" in Ireland - There won't be a village or town in the area you refer to just scattered rural dwellings out in the countryside.
