You can't see a problem with a possible minister for Justice being reprimanded for breaking a law? Just because it's a new law, doesn't mean it's not a law.
I can't believe the guy could be so stupid, he should be fined the €3000 as an example to the people. No-one is above the law.

About the illegal immigrants
We are legally bound by international law to accept political asylum seekers, who have a right to be here while their claim is being processed. The government hardly need extra laws to stop emigrants coming here when good people like yourself make them feel so welcome
