As I have said time and time again - I'm not bitter or twisted towards the ordinary Brit. I do however have a problem with certain elements that try to glorify everything British(or American for that matter) while trying to rubbish what all our great Patriots fought for or to sweep it all our past under the carpet and pretend it never happened. Secondly what went on in the North of Ireland was a war - in war bad things happen to innocent people on both sides yet the current witch hunt gainst the IRA etc is ridiciously one-sided seeking to demonise the Republican movement while glossiing over atrocities carried out by the British Army and the still active UDA/UVF etc. Don't froget that the IRA and the Troubles in the North were born out of the Aparthaid-like policies of the British Government and carried out by the Unionist community(of whom many want to return to the bigoted situation of the past).
