The constitution states that citizenship is determined by law. So why change the constitution - why not just change the law?

It is a crypto-racist measure following on from market research that demonstrated that this is a good one to rabble rouse on and direct attention away from the real issues of corruption, high house prices, poor health care, poor infrastructure etc.

Get them all riled up about them black people taking our jobs and our wimmin and they won't see what hit them when they relect the auctioneers again in June!
