It is not racist to control determination of citizenship.

It can be used for racist ends though (Nuremberg laws anyone) and racism is the underlying motive behind this proposal

It is not inconsistent with the Belfast agreement because the UK are exempt.
The wording of article two of the constitution (part of the Belfast agreement) states otherwise

It is merely stating that at least one parent must have been resident here for three of the last four years for their baby to qualify, what's wrong with that?
Apart from being racist it is unworkable
Is everyone going to be DNA tested to see that they have the father they say they do ?
