It is not wrong to change constitutions which were drafted at a time when few could grasp the speed of progress in a century. My concern about this particular issue is not so much whether its racist, its more to do with the apprarent speed (knee jerk ?) with which this is being put forward. I think its right to revisit issues like automatic right to citizenship and related entitlements in the full awareness of mass travel, economic strategies, etc.
