ya the law is the law, but in this case, the warrant was still valid at the start of the commencement of the search of the judges house, and it was the nterpretation of the presiding judge that when the warrant expired during the search that evidence should nto be allowed and dismissed the case, surely this interpretation could be taken in such a way so as to put the bastar8 down.
