In her capacity as a TD Ms Flynn is not employed by FF and never has been. As a TD she is employed by the Irish electorate (Gawd help us) and always has the option of joining another party (if any will have her) starting her own (stranger things have happened) or contesting future elections (assuming she is still qualified) as an independent
