Well the free condoms mightnt be such a bad idea actually but why should it be confined to young people ?

Surely they should be be available to anyone who cant afford to buy their own.

And before anyone whines about the cose involved bear in mind that its far cheaper to give people free condoms than to be paying for their unplanned offsprind
