There are several of these things around the country Some use CB frequencies some use FM broadcast band or frequencies just above it (Which are reserved for Air navigation !!!). Many of them have appalingly low engineering standatds and clog up frequencies yet COMREG never touch them (preferring to occasionally raid broadcast pirates -even those who are careful about not causing any interference) maybe it all goes back to this Church/State thing
