This wouldn't happen to be Foxfield Estate would it? Cars come in and out of that estate at all hours of the day and night driving at reckless speeds. It is only a matter of time before someone is killed there. I bet if the guards put a speed trap there instead of on the new road some of those crazy drivers woud pick up 12 points fairly lively.
