Regarding saying something, I feel afraid that tackling these people would have re-percussions for myself...maybe I am being a dramatist but if these people show such a disregard for people in their actions, what are they likely to do if I say something...and then of course they will know where I live!!!!!! I have decided to call the guards and I will also bring it up at our next residents association meeting...
