I was disappointed to note that the real culprit in this-Mr Martin- was barely mentioned during the proceedings. He is the Minister for Health and it is his responsibility to see to it that the Boards function properly. Who made the decision to shelve the orthopaedic unit in Castlebar? Why cant we learn the names? Guess how many heads will roll as a result of this debacle?
