What does the success of the Euro-sceptic and out-right anti-EU parties across Europe mean for the future of the EU. It seems strange that in the new countries who have just gained entry, apathy has already set in with turnout as low as 20%. I don't think there is a hope in hell of the EU constitution being ratified by the UK.
