As I said I was at the count in the RDS Simmonscourt and after the first councillor was announced I left (he topped the poll, we went off to celebrate), none of us shouted Up the 'Ra. I was there for Mary Lou, none of us shouted up the 'Ra. I presume it must have happened elsewhere, and I presume since it was only eight years or so since the last ceasefire, that there would still be a lot of support for the IRA, among the ranks of Sinn Féin.
