We still have two armies on this island as well you know. The government and legitimate army and the private army of the "patriots" you seem to worship. Wake up- Our country is not in the state it is in because of Europe but because successive Irish politicians have lacked the political will and guts to tackle the real problems or the real issues. Europe have given us a lot of money over the last 30 years and helped us out of the gutter, with us now being the country with the second highest GDP per head of population in Europe. Don't dare to suggest that this was because the Irish government was doing a good job of making sure this money was spent well. You want to bring us back to the Stone Age and the isolationist policies of Dev. "Burn everything English except their coal" except this time your futile vitriol is directed against Europe. When will ye ever learn. How little this mindset seems to have taken on board of what our history really stands for. Robert Kilroy Silke has similar hatred of Europe. Remember one can be Irish anywhere be it in Leeds, London, Boston, Castlebar. We can be Irish and European. I trust the EU more than I trust our current crop of Irish Politicians which really isn't saying a lot.
