In fairness there's not an awful lot Pat Rabbitte or Enda Kenny can do for Mayo while they are in Opposition. They can make calls for investment but they can't grant it.
Look to Mayo's FF TD's if you want to blame someone. And you can vote for FG & Labour in the next General Election so we can see if Enda Kenny and Rabbitte will deliver for Mayo when they're in power.
