I did say TECHNICALLY we werent a colony I never suggested that we werent at times governed like one

In fact I cannot imagine how any country could have such a laissez-faire policy towards a country it ruled during a time like the Great Irish Famine.
Oh I dunno If some of the free-market apostles in the present Government (Harney, Mc Creevy et al) were in power back then ..............
