We have a fellow worse than he, here in the usa. This fellow stands with a sign in his hand that reads will work for food. In Chicago you are stopped all the time by beggers, on the street. Or they want to wash your windsheld. They run right on to the streeet with their spong and squeezie. I tell them I don't make $600 a day like they do. That really blows their minds. I tell them they should make loans with that money. They run away, they can't take it. They really do make $600 a day. They use drinking cups. The police was arresting them, but they won a case in court and now they are everwhere. Some of our judges are nuts. Settle money waas being paid out to a lot of them that could prove they were begging at the time of the trail.
