This can't be compared. Drink and Drugs are on the same par, but when you get to see someone slowly kill himself or herself with heroin, you would have a different outlook on life. People think it's a great rush to take hard drugs. I have watched someone struggle against it for years. He was a wonderful person (drugs don't make you a looser) it's taking the drugs that make you loose. In the beginning it seems like a good idea, but when it comes to the part where you will rather pay for a fix instead pay the mortgage, then it's another story. This person used to only find peace in the rush, but all those hours between them he was stressed out, working out how he can get money for the next one, where he could find more good stuff and how he was going to do this without letting his loved ones be affected by this. It did not make him happy. May he rest in peace.
