He was only asking, and they are legitimet questions. I remember a similar situation in Laois where money was raised by the community to buy a CAT scan for Portlaoise Hospital.
Brian Cowan, then minister for health, from Laois-Offaly removed it from Portlaois because there was not the necessary support to run it.
