I did report Wag, as did the other people with me, they told me that food hygiene simple rules eg washing hands ect had been slipping of late, we were told that on the whole catering cleaning standards are ignored here alot, and with so few inspectors they cant be everywhere and to add to it he sais also we have a big problem with toursists being overpriced for food, i told him i was bnot a tourist but have lived here except for a brief spell all my life, then he told me and my friends that the main problem in Castlebar is not so much the resturants but the take aways he said they are inundated with complaints about poor hygiene and and food poisioning
