"you go and see how easy it is to get it and you might change your mind?" i'm not trying to. i work for my money. that is my entire point. "your the one who patronised them, saying i repest" they got sky tv"" you are reposting a misquote by someone else (which, i might add, i've already pointed out twice). not very conducive to clarity of argument "yes student life can be hard" between all the drug parties we seem to be holding? student life is ok, as a matter of fact, if you're prepared to work to pay your way. again, my original point. "but not as hard as trying to bring up a family. one parent maybe father ran off hold down a job, ect no endless parties for them?" no-one gets an "endless party" (or maybe i've been misinformed?). i'm not saying that social benefits for one-parent families or the unemployed or any other payments are a king's ransom. i haven't claimed that. on the other hand, can you explain to me why they should be? why would any of us be out busting our balls day-to-day, or paying our way through college, or working overtime at our jobs if we could have it easy just by doing nothing? there are reasons why welfare is low. i don't believe it's enough for child benefit, or single parent families. but neither do i believe that people are starving in their homes. SVdP reports or not. "no keeping up with latest fashions, no , drug fulled binges with mates week in and out" this is the kind of thing i'm talking about. i am very, very unfashionable. i dress like a middle age public servant (no offence to all of that worthy breed), but dressed in the dark. i don't do drug fuelled binges, week in, week out or week anytime. please explain what the deuce you are talking about. dash it all, i can't make head nor tail of it. "no to find out what its like go there and see, they wont be in your social and party circles" again, answer me this- what do you know about my 'social and party circles?' i suppose that's the drug fuelled binges again? ho hum (ad infinitum) it's good to be back.
