i think that both the GAA and FAI get quite enough financial backing, both from taxpayers' and from the 40 quid a ticket games at croke park.

to be honest, i'm not really fussed about the gaelic (although obviously i wish mayo the best) but i do think it stinks that you can't get a ticket for the national soccer team for love our money, but lots of people are getting them for free and selling them.

why should it be a closed shop?
