Ok, your points are valid but it can be very beneficial for people who are housebound and want to send their condolences by post or other means, and without this service provided by Mid West may not know of peoples passing. If you compare it to some Muslim countries, it's not that bad at all. I know from experience that in some of these countries they announce the deaths over a loud speaker from the Mosque every Friday morning, sometimes even going as far as giving out the cause of death. It's uncanny actually how similiar the tone is. On my last trip abroad I knew the voice was announcing deaths even though I didn't understand a word of Arabic. It sounded just like Mid West.
