It IS still only an allegation - he pleaded not guilty to the charges and was given free bail - perhaps an indication of how seriously the court took the charges. Until the case is tried and found guilty he must be seen as innocent as is required by English (and Irish) law. Remember the phrase Innocent until proven guilty? There are a lot of pot hunters out there especially where celebreties are concerned. So I would take the allegations of a 16 year old with a grain of salt.
