Yes I have had theexact same thing on an isdn line from castlebar.

I have run a performance monitor check which confirms that even though the line is ŽliveŽ it s im ply does nottransfer the data. Neigbours tell me they do not the same problem with UTV isdn lines.

They simply ignore my complaints so Iam changing my telephone as well as internet services to utv
