Urban Council - Why have you turned back on the inefficient traffic lights

It appears to make no sense . . . they do not seem to assist in the management of traffic so why turn them back on ???

Perhaps you are getting freebies every Christmas from the company that supplies or maintains the traffic lights ???

Must send in a letter under the FOI Act to see if anyone in the Urban has received any 'gifts' from the traffic light company ???
