You have to pay for the services in Angels but in Coxs all the men just grope the ladies as if they own them. This is then accompanied with either a really cheesy chat-up line or complete denial of their wandering hands. I think they need to employ the same rules in Coxs as in Angels (where you get thrown out if you touch the ladies) but then the free grope-fest would come to an end. It seems the only reason men (and certain women) go there is to emulate the sights and sounds of the local sweaty, smelly but strangely alluring cattle mart.
