That shouldn't have any bearing. I have seen this before. Guys can get into fights, that's nature. The problem is the "heroes" who had nothing to do with the original argument who jump in when the guy is on the ground an fire in kicks to the head. These people then disappear back into the crowd leaving the guy in the original fight (which was only fisty-cuffs), standing over a body.
