Does anyone here have a mortgage?
How do you go about getting a 90% mortgage? I'm limited to 2 & 1/2 times my salary, which wouldn't buy a card board box on Grafton St., let alone a decent house or apartment.
Can you use potential rental income as part of your monthly income?
