We're not sure why the word apologetic would apply to it but it's pretty typical of disclaimers world wide. The 7am point was that it's usually at 7am in the morning here in Castlebar when a moderator is checking the overnight posts - spam, etc. and deleting them from the boards. At that time of the morning - i.e. before heading off to work - our moderators may not have the time to spend separating the sheep from the goats, so to speak, when deciding which posts to leave in or take out of a thread - hence whole threads will be deleted - sheep and goats alike.
