A first time grant benefits nobody except the seller - If everyone is entitled to the first time grant then you just increase the price of the house. And why should people who already have a house be discriminated in a bidding contest because some one has a first time grant. Get out and get a job and then you might be able to afford a house. Stop complaining and work!
