The average traveller pollutes a lot more than the average settled person and don't try to say they don't or try to make excuses for them.
Whenever the leave a 'site', the council has to spend thousands cleaning the place up after them.

I had the misfortune to have large numbers of travellers right next door to me a few years.
Dirty nappies thrown on the street, vomit, urine and faeces on the street. Shops having to shut because of the amount of stock that had been shoplifted by young traveller children. Shop windows smashed by drunk travellers fighting on the streets at night. Sticks, stones and glass bottles thrown at children cycling by.
A breadknife pulled on a local shopkeeper who refused to serve them.

Lovely people.....
